Emile Destin Ibara Doniama

Emile Destin Ibara Doniama has a MSc in Computer Science from the African Institute of Computer Science. He has been interested in new technologies and computer science since he was a teenager. He has been in charge of development teams for West Ugandan supply chain software managing the agricultural supply chain and offering farmers access to market information through his work with Integrated Logistics Services (ILOGS). He has worked as an IT consultant for Gad SSI, and the Global Women Power Foundation (London). He has also served as country liaison to the Partner Virtual Co-Op in Ottawa, Canada, and has attended the Congo Young Africa Leaders Summit. He possesses extensive knowledge and mastery of JAVA and/or PHP, WS02, native mobile development, big data, and blockchain technology for smart contracts, wallet, and token creation. Emile is passionate about the Digital Society and AI, human rights, education, poverty, global warming and peacebuilding.
